和创公益基金会成立于2017年，以“扶植青年，激励创新，助力创业，传承企业家精神”为使命。发展7年至今，基金会已成为粤港澳大湾区创新创业领域重要的公益性支持机构，为湾区创业青年提供优质的创业教育、创业资助、创业投资、创新金融等服务，并提供国际化的创业资源链接的机会。

The HE Innovation Foundation was established in 2017 with the mission of "supporting youth, inspiring innovation, promoting entrepreneurship, and inheriting the entrepreneurial spirit." Over the past 7 years, the foundation has become an important public support organization in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, providing high-quality entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial granting, venture capital, and innovative financial services to young entrepreneurs in the Bay Area, as well as offering opportunities for international entrepreneurial resource connections.

The foundation has supported over 4600 start-ups and technology companies, benefiting over 10,000 young entrepreneurs, covering 10 towns in Shunde and reaching 5 cities nationwide.

As one of the most open and economically vibrant regions in China, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is becoming an important driving force for leading the high-quality development of the country.

位于大湾区湾区核心腹地的佛山，是全国知名的制造业基地，工业规模跃居全国第五，“有家就有佛山造”享誉全球。2023年，佛山规上工业总产值突破3万亿元！佛山正式成为全国第二个、广东首个“工业3万亿”地级市。

Located in the core area of the Greater Bay Area, Foshan is a well-known manufacturing base in China, with industrial scale ranking fifth nationwide. The slogan "If there's a home, there's Foshan-made" is renowned globally. In 2023, the total industrial output value of Foshan exceeded 3 trillion yuan, making it the second city in China and the first in Guangdong to achieve this milestone.

当前，佛山积极推动家电、铝材、陶瓷、家具等传统产业转型向优，大力推进新型储能、生物医药、高端装备、工业机器人等新兴产业培育，有序实行绿色氢能、显示装备、基因治疗等未来产业布局，建设更具竞争力的现代化产业体系，为各类人才发展创造了新的机遇。

Currently, Foshan is actively promoting the transformation of traditional industries such as household appliances, aluminum, ceramics, and furniture towards high quality. 招募要求

Recruitment Requirements

1、遵守中华人民共和国宪法及相关法律法规，坚持科学精神，严守科研诚信，无学术不端行为。

Adhere to the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations, uphold the spirit of science, maintain research integrity, and refrain from engaging in any academic misconduct.

2、有意向回国(来华)工作，或在2023年1月1日后回国(来华)工作的优质国际化人才（含非华裔外籍人才，香港、澳门、台湾人才）。

Intending to work in China or returning to work in China after January 1, 2023, high-quality international talents (including  foreign talents,and talents from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan).

3、已取得博士学位的，优先考虑以下人才：

Priority consideration will be given to individuals who have obtained a doctoral degree and meet the following criteria:

①在海外企业担任研发总监、技术总监、部门经理等以上职务；

a. Holding positions such as Research and Development Director, Technical Director, or Department Manager in overseas companies.

②在高校、科研机构担任相当于副教授以上职务的技术人才；

b. Holding technical positions equivalent to associate professor or higher in universities or research institutions.

③40周岁以下，在海外知名高校、科研机构、企业研发机构有正式职位，已连续工作36个月以上；

c. Below 40 years of age, holding a formal position in well-known overseas universities, research institutions, or corporate research institutions, and having worked continuously for over 36 months.

④在海外知名企业、金融机构担任过重要财务、金融相关职务；

d. Having held significant financial or finance-related positions in well-known overseas enterprises or financial institutions.

⑤产业领域掌握核心技术人才。

e. Possessing core technical expertise in the industrial sector.

4、具有硕士研究生 学历，重点关注包含以下条件的人才：

Candidates with a master's degree will be given particular attention if they meet the following criteria:

①在海外取得学位、在国内时间不超过6年；

a. Obtained their degree overseas and have been in China for no more than 6 years.

②其创办企业成立2年以上5年以下；

b. Established an enterprise for a period exceeding 2 years but not exceeding 5 years.

③是企业主要创办人且第一大股东或者最大自然人股东。

c. Serving as the primary founder and either the largest shareholder or the largest individual shareholder of the enterprise.
